Security starts at login
A management panel holds the most valuable parts of your business: customers, credits and revenue. That is why Painel Blend offers two-factor authentication (2FA) based on TOTP. Even if someone finds out your password, they can’t get in without the code from your authenticator app. On top of that, inactivity logout closes sessions left open on shared computers.
Inside the panel, role permissions define what each person can see and do. A support agent can renew customers without seeing finance; a reseller can manage their own network without touching settings. The same applies across your reseller and credit network.
Audit: facts instead of guesses
Who transferred those credits? Who deleted that customer? In Audit, every operation is recorded with user and time. In an operation with a team and several resellers, that ends arguments and helps fix mistakes quickly. The Activity screen adds the panel’s usage history. The same records back the numbers in finance and reports.
Automatic backups and restore
In Settings > Backup, you schedule automatic backups and can export, import or restore whenever needed. If something goes wrong, you have something to go back to. And when you need to make big changes, maintenance mode pauses the panel in a controlled way while you work.
Cell-based architecture, isolated data
Behind the screens, Painel Blend runs on an architecture of isolated cells: each panel’s data is kept apart from the others. That limits the impact of any incident and keeps your base protected. Add to that everyday tools such as trial blocking against free-trial abuse and IP unblock to restore legitimate access.
Want a hands-on guide to set all of this up? Read security with 2FA, backups and audit.
A quick checklist to get started: turn on 2FA for every account with admin access, review who is allowed to see finance and transfer credits, confirm that automatic backups are scheduled and run a test export so you know where the file goes. A few minutes of setup that save a lot of headaches when something unexpected happens. Revisit this list whenever someone joins or leaves your team.
