What is an office panel?
An office panel ("painel office" in Brazil) is the management system subscription businesses use to control customers, expirations, renewals, payments, resellers and credits in one place, usually in the browser.
Instead of spreadsheets, notebooks and scattered WhatsApp messages, an office panel brings the whole operation together: who is a customer, when they expire, who paid, which reseller sold and how many credits each one has. Painel Blend is a white-label office panel: you use it with your own brand and domain.
How an office panel works
What is an office panel used for?
It runs the full subscription cycle: customer sign-up, trial, activation, billing, renewal and support. It also manages the reseller network, credits and financial reports.
What is the difference between an office panel and a reseller panel?
The office panel is the central system of the business owner. A reseller panel is the access each reseller gets inside it, with its own permissions and credit balance. In Painel Blend both live in the same system, in a multi-level tree.
What is a white-label panel?
It is a panel you present under your own brand: name, logo, colors, login screen, renewal page and custom domain. End customers see your company, not the software vendor.
How do credits work?
Credits are the internal currency of reselling. In Painel Blend, 1 credit activates 1 panel for 1 month on the base plan. Resellers buy credits in bulk and set their own sale price.
Who uses an office panel
Subscription operations
Businesses with a customer base on monthly expirations that need to renew, bill and remind without manual work.
Resellers
People who buy credits and resell panels under their own brand, setting prices and getting paid straight into their account.
Distributors
People who run a network with sub-resellers and need a credit statement, permissions and notices for the whole network.

Frequently asked questions
Is an office panel the same as a CRM?
Not exactly. A CRM focuses on sales and relationships; an office panel focuses on running subscriptions: expirations, renewals, credits and resellers. Painel Blend includes relationship tools such as WhatsApp and tickets, but the subscription is at the center.
Do I need to install an office panel?
Not with Painel Blend. It runs in the cloud and works in the browser on desktop or phone.
Can I have an office panel with my own brand?
Yes. Painel Blend is white label: you set the name, logo, colors and a custom domain with automatic HTTPS.
How much does an office panel cost?
Painel Blend uses credits: 1 credit = 1 panel for 1 month, with reseller credits from R$ 29.90. Prices for your own panel will be announced at launch.
